Gettofreedom.

Training · Infrared Sauna · Cold Plunge
Nothing without intention.

“Nothing here is without intention”

The space is private. The training is brief and intense. The recovery is rigorous and sustainable. Every element was built around one idea: strength and recovery belong together, practiced consistently, for the rest of your life.

Train smart. Recover well. Get back to freedom.

Thirty minutes.
No wasted effort.

Each session delivers the exact stimulus your body needs to grow stronger. You train at full intensity from session one and walk out in thirty minutes.

Precision over punishment.

Where the adaptation
actually happens.

Training creates the signal. Recovery is where your body responds to it. Infrared sauna and cold immersion — both available immediately after every session, private and unhurried.

Two rooms. One thesis.

Our house isn’t for everyone. That is by design.

01

The professional

Thirty minutes and no patience for wasted effort.

02

The rebuilder

After injury, illness, or a decade of neglect.

03

The lifer

Sixty-five and still making demands of themselves.

04

The athlete

Who logs the miles but knows the missing piece is strength.

05

The parent

Who carved out thirty minutes for themselves.

“I came from the mindset that if I wasn’t dripping sweat for an hour, the workout didn’t count. The first session humbled me a little. Thirty minutes, completely different than anything I’d done.”

— Emily, 35

Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

01

One client at a time.

No waiting, no floor traffic, no interruptions.

02

30 minutes, on record.

Every session coached and logged. Nothing gets lost.

03

Every session, a personal report.

Exactly how you performed against your last. Progress is visible.

04

Zero strangers. Zero interruptions.

Just the work.

“I golf a lot, and by the back nine my lower back used to tighten up badly. That barely happens anymore. I train twice a week, it’s hard when I’m there, and then I go live my life.”

— Val, 67

The method is settled.

Most people have been taught that more is better: more hours, more days, more strain. It was never true. Arthur Jones built the opposite principle into the first Nautilus machines fifty years ago, and the research has only confirmed it since. A meta-analysis in Sports Medicine (2019) found that brief training, taken to failure two or three times a week, produces significant and measurable strength. What is rare is a place that does it properly.

Heat as a practice is centuries old. Northern Europe built a culture around it long before anyone measured why. Research only added the mechanism: heat shock proteins, cardiovascular adaptation, and the documented link between regular sauna use and longevity in long-running Finnish studies. The science did not invent the sauna. It explained it.

Cold immersion is older still. What it does is plain. It moves blood, it trains the circulatory and nervous systems, it teaches the body to meet a sharp stress and return from it composed. Practiced with intention, not spectacle, it is a tool, not a trend.

Three rooms. One philosophy. Short, precise stressors, applied with intention, followed by real recovery.

Train. Recover. Get back to life.
